The Taricco Corporation TCS thermal control system package is a fully self contained windows based PC and PLC combo with an extensive history of reliability and customer satisfaction that can be installed on any autoclave, oven or press. Our System is conveniently loaded with name brand PLC hardware components, the TCS thermal control system software, and a Dell windows-based PC.

How it works:
 The PC with the, patented and trademarked, TCS software acts as the operator interface, while critical control functions are handled by highly reliable, dedicated hardware (i.e. PLC). While others claim to have the same, many use proprietary components that become costly and hard to locate during repair or maintenance. Taricco Corporation uses only name brand components in order to save you both time and money.

TCS system consists of the following:
 TCS Thermal Control Software

- Dell intel based PC with 3-year Dell warranty, Keyboard, and Mouse, 17" Color Monitor, and Inkjet Printer
- UPS Power protection
- Automation Direct PLC and I/O modules: CPU, thermocouple, analog, and relay
This standard system provides the following:
- All the control, data management, and networking capabilities of the TCS software
- Full temperature/pressure/vacuum control of existing autoclave hardware
- Up to 7 part thermocouples
- Up to 14 part vacuum transducers
- 4-20 mA, 0-5 V, or mV inputs for pressure/vacuum transducers
- On/off control of heating, cooling, pressure, vent
- "System Start" and "System Stop" relay outputs
- "Process Alarm" audible alarm and relay output
- Auxiliary 24 V power supply for customer transducers
Standard options include:
- Additional part thermocouple inputs in groups of 8
- Additional part vacuum transducer inputs in groups of 16
- Variable controlled supply vacuum header
- 4-20 mA current loop control of temperature, pressure, or vacuum
- Taricco-supplied pre-calibrated pressure/vacuum transducers
- Auxiliary touch screen for back-up control in the event of computer failure
 Smaller installations:
Our straightforward, PLC Package system is configured without the PC or TCS software. This small yet powerful system consists of only the PLC hardware described above, along with the touch screen option. Although, obviously, less capable than the complete TCS system package, this system full strength and will provide you with the following:
- Touch-screen for editing of recipes
- Built-in storage of up to 10 customer recipes
- Temperature ramp/soak control of process
- Pressure control (vacuum optional)
- Recipes can have up to 10 segments each
- Up to 7 part thermocouples
- Up to 14 part vacuum transducers
- 4-20 mA, 1-5 V, or mV inputs for pressure/vacuum transducers
- Automatic calibration of pressure and vacuum transducers
- "System Start" and "System Stop" relay outputs
- "Process Alarm" audible alarm and relay output
- Auxiliary 24 V power supply for customer transducers
This PLC Package system can also be upgraded to a full TCS PC-based system at any time and without wasting any of the existing investment in the PLC/Touch-screen system. As a stand-alone system it would be housed in a relatively small wall, pedestal, or equipment-mounted industrial enclosure with the touch screen only visible on the front.
