All requests for warranty service must be made in writing. Upon receipt of such request, Taricco Corporation will provide a written estimate for the services. Customer must then provide a written purchase order, payment, and/or deposit for the full estimated repair cost. This purchase order, payment, and/or deposit may be refunded or closed which ever is applicable , in the event that the service requested is deemed warranty related by an authorized Taricco Corporation Technician during or after the service is rendered. Taricco Corporation will apply credit for warranty work and charge for non warranty work. All requests of this nature will be scheduled upon the receipt of such written purchase order, deposit and/or payment via fax or US Mail.

All Service call requests should be discussed with a Taricco Corporation representative and quoted accordingly. Once a price, estimated or firm, for a service call has been quoted, your request for a service call will need to meet the following conditions prior to scheduling:

Previous customers, with good payment history, must provide a hard copy purchase order prior to scheduling.
Previous customers, on a credit hold due to delinquent payment history in excess of 30 days, must provide both a hard copy purchase order and a deposit, in full, for the estimated or firm cost of the request service call, as quoted, prior to scheduling.

New Customers must provide both a hard copy purchase order and a deposit, in full, for the expected cost of the request service call prior to scheduling. Any and all payment processing fees/charges are the responsability of the buyer and are in addition to the sales price unless otherwise noted in written agreement between all parties. Taricco™ Corporation may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this site.
